🔍 Your Role

As a Senior 3D Designer, you will lead the creation of high-quality 3D renders and animations, set the creative direction for projects, and ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards. You’ll work closely with European clients, support and mentor junior artists, and collaborate cross-functionally with our graphic designers. Your role will be crucial in driving project quality, fostering innovation and efficiency, and nurturing team growth and development.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the production of realistic 3D renders and animations
• Assemble shot sequences from storyboards and scripts to create compelling narratives
• Collaborate with graphic designers to maintain and enhance the creative vision
• Mentor and guide junior 3D artists, implementing best practices and supporting skill development
• Manage multiple projects, establish effective workflows, and ensure deadlines are met
• Act as the main point of contact with clients, providing regular updates and gathering feedback

💡 Your Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in 3D art/animation with a proven track record of successful projects
• Software Skills (must-have): Proficiency in Blender, Adobe Designer, Adobe Substance, Maya, Keyshot, Photoshop, After Effects
• Expertise in texturing, shading, lighting, rendering, composition, and VFX with a focus on realistic styles
• Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Leadership and mentoring experience with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
