Manage and store company records, contracts, and legal documents.
Handle administrative procedures related to employee onboarding/offboarding.
Manage office supplies procurement and distribution.
Monitor the usage of office assets and equipment, propose repairs and maintenance when necessary.
Support internal company activities such as event organization, birthdays, company trips, and team-building activities.
Track labor contracts, social insurance, and health insurance for employees.
Oversee the company’s IT equipment and working software.
Coordinate with the IT department to ensure stable operation of computers and internet networks.
Inspect, propose maintenance, and repair office equipment, furniture, air conditioners, printers, surveillance cameras, etc.
Supervise and coordinate with service providers for maintenance and repairs as needed.
Assist in managing office construction, renovations, and repairs when required.
Support recruitment processes: contacting candidates, arranging interviews, assisting in new employee training.
Manage employee records, labor contracts, insurance, and related procedures.
Track leave records, employee benefits, and welfare programs.
Assist accounting in managing invoices and office expense payments.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Assist in planning and implementing projects to improve the workspace.
Supervise and ensure compliance with occupational safety and fire prevention regulations.
Other tasks as required by the Management Board.
At least 1 year of experience in Admin/Office Manager or similar roles.
Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, Google Drive, Email, etc.).
Basic knowledge of IT equipment management and office software is an advantage.
Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and ability to work independently.

College or University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Administration, or related fields.
